Ricky has created not only a name but a brand with his work and experience. So there isn’t anything more we can say because his name and his brand say it all. But we are honored to share our experience in working with him and his team because they truly made our wedding memorable - as food is the most important part of an South Asian wedding!

To be honest, we initially met with Ricky just to see his pricing and menu but didn’t personally think we would want to go with him since we felt he did so many weddings already and we would go with someone else. And within the first meeting, we changed our mind completely! He was absolutely so professional - and that was very important to us. He and his team including Sanjay and Sara gave us our undivided time, respect and attention and made sure we knew exactly what we were getting. He also worked with us throughout the planning process and was flexible with us in making changes as our wedding weekend events and guests both grew and shrunk. He catered 3 dinners and 2 lunches as part of our wedding weekend and we do not regret it at all! The food was there on time for EVERY event and was hot and beyond our imagination. We cannot express how fortunate we feel to have worked with Ricky and his team as food was never something we had to worry about - it was just there when it needed to be there and his staff took care of all our guests and left absolutely no room for complaints!

And the best part of working with Ricky, similar to all of the vendors we so meticulously picked for our wedding weekend, was being able to work with someone who despite having so many weddings and events gave us the individual care, attention, and professionalism.

So if you value professionalism, genuine care, transparency, and excellent food, then you cannot go wrong with Ricky and CB Catering. We would highly recommend Ricky and his entire team for any wedding no matter how large or small!

The most excellent food in town is catered by Ricky Walia.
The quality and aesthetic of the food was something all our guests raved about, from the live Tandoori grill station to the ravishing Indo-Chinese dishes. The staff provided fantastic service, and Ricky assisted us personally on the day of the event to make sure everything was executed flawlessly. Even days after my 25th anniversary party, friends and family members were calling me about the high quality food and 5-star service provided by Walia Hospitality. I would highly recommend Ricky and Walia Hospitality Group for all of your catering needs for all of your events.

Walia Catering is a MUST USE. If you want to blow your guests out of the water with a gorgeous, delicious, catered event - then you must use Walia Catering and Ricky Walia. There is simply no other option in the South East that compares.

This is not my first time working with Ricky for a special event and so I'm not surprised by the great food. What does surprise me is how he is able to always outdo himself with stunning displays, quality ingredients, and a huge menu that can satisfy even the pickiest guest!

Ricky helped us cater our baby shower and was able to provide such an extensive menu that included made-to-order dosas, pav bhaji, samosa chaat, kabobs, mac n' cheese balls, and pasta salad. And every bite was delicious!

We reached out to Walia Hospitality Group for catering our wedding weekend and the food, customer service, timeliness and accommodation provided was amazing. The performance of the food was something all our guests raved about - from the actual tandoor making naans to the live action jalebi station - the service provided by Walia Hospitality Group was amazing.

We actually went with a Mediterranean cuisine for our reception with Walia Hospitality Group and it was fantastic and well received. Don't settle for just the standard desi menu.

Days after the wedding, I'm still getting comments on how fun and good the food was. I would highly recommend Ricky and Walia Hospitality Group for all catering services

best food in town!! I had a 3 day wedding event and all the food had to be different, unique, and multicultural. boy did they deliver! people are still raving about the food, the quality, the presentation, everything!
